PANACHE CARE LTD provides semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16+ to enable a successful transition to independent living. The provision is staffed 24/7. Our approach is flexible, person-focused and driven by the needs as identified through Pathway and Placement Planning of each individual young person in our provision.

Our mission is to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and ability to take full control of their lives — enabling them to feel more fulfilled through a range of opportunities. We focus on each young person as an individual, recognising their potential and human rights in the way our services are provided.
