PANACHE CARE LTD provides semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16+ to enable a successful transition to independent living. The provision is staffed 24/7. Our approach is flexible, person-focused and driven by the needs as identified through Pathway and Placement Planning, of each individual young person in our provision.

Focusing on each young person as an individual and recognising their potential and human rights by the way our services are provided to them.

We have experienced and qualified support workers, key workers and other health professionals who provide high level of care and support for our service users.
